Sun Valley Nordic Festival Sweepstakes Winner Announced

Julie Dietz of Boise, Idaho has won a trip to the First Annual Sun Valley Nordic Festival, which will take place January 30-February 7, 2010. Her prize includes: 4 nights of lodging in a 2 bedroom condo courtesy of Aston Hotels & Resorts Sun Valley, 4 entries in the Boulder Mountain Tour one of country’s premier cross-country ski events and 4 all-access Nordic trail passes that encompass 200 km of world class trails. “I’m very excited to check out Sun Valley in the winter,” Dietz said, “I’ve only been there in the summer. The Sun Valley Nordic Festival features 9 days of activities, races, clinics and fun events along with a $49, 9-day valley-wide Nordic trail pass, discounts on demos/rentals, lodging and dining which showcase and celebrate Sun Valley’s well-deserved reputation as “Nordic Town USA”.    

Highlights of the festival include:
