This Week in Sun Valley
Snow depths reflect natural and manmade snow.

Winter ski and snowboard
passes are on sale at the Ticket Office at River Run, the Sun Valley
Recreation Center in Sun Valley Village and on line at
skipass.sunvalley.com.

The "beacon practice area" has been relocated to
the trees between Christmas Bowl and Christmas Ridge. Take a few minutes
to practice with your beacon, you may be better prepared to save a
life!

Sun Valley Heli Ski has started their 2010 season and are finding
excellent powder conditions in their remote terrain to the West of Sun
Valley. A reminder that all Sun Valley Sun+ pass holders receive a 10%
discount off the Heli Ski Day Rate.

Ra ce Information
This week we will have public NASTAR Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 12
noon on Cozy. Tuesday the Sun Valley Ski Club has a NASTAR race at 10AM on
Cozy. Town Series 2010 starts Wednesday at 11AM on Cozy. The January
Special Group race is Thursday at 10:30 on Cozy. Registration for Nastar
is at the race desk in the Warm Springs Lodge from 8:30 until 11:45 and at
the race start during the race. All races are subject to weather and or
snow conditions. For updated race information call the race desk in the
Warm Springs Lodge at 208-622-6356.

Lift Operating Hours
Lifts open at 9 am. Lifts to the top of the mountain close at 3:45 and the
lower lifts close at 4 PM.
