Pet of the Week: Misty

Misty is the SVO Animal Shelter Pet of the Week. More info at animalshelterwrv.org or 788-4351.

Misty was surrendered to the Shelter because she wasn’t a good fit for her current home. Misty is a cat for true cat people who appreciate a traditional cat personality.  She is independent, not needy, and just a bit shy.  Misty is a beautiful cat with long, silky, multi-colored fur.  She would do best in a quieter home where she wouldn’t be stressed by loud daily activities. She is fine with other cats here at the Shelter, but her former owners report that she didn’t bond with the other animals in the household. Misty’s independence does not mean that she is unfriendly. In fact, this gorgeous cat has a sweet and affectionate nature. She just likes to do things her own way. Misty would make a great companion to an adopter who appreciates cats that “have cat class and have cat style”!  She is a spayed female Domestic Longhair born around 11/09.
