Petite Picasso Enters 2nd Year of Business!

September 15th marks the one year anniversary of Petite Picasso opening its doors to kids throughout the Wood River Valley and beyond.  It has been a great year of meeting wonderful families, creating art, cooking and getting situated in my studio.  Summer camps have been a smashing success with themes such as Culinary Camp, Fashion Camp and Peace, Love & Earth Camp.  Starting this fall classes will be offered as a series of workshops for a great after school activity.  Mondays afternoons will be our popular Tiny Tot Art for ages 2-5 while Tuesdays and Wednesdays are dedicated to elementary age children after school.  In addition there are 2 mini camps happening on weekends and 2 no school day (teacher conferences) mini camps.  Classes will include ceramics, jewelry, eco-art, sewing, canning, collage, painting, culinary art and much more.  Check out the website www.ketchumkidsart.com for details, calendars and photos.  I will of course be doing fabulous birthday parties, so if your child has their special day coming up I can take the chore out of the planning while you and your family enjoy the party.  Petite Picasso is located at 460 East 1st Street in Ketchum (kitty corner from Sister) and is owned and operated by Deida Runswick.
