Celebrating Nine Years of Creative Development in Hailey

September marks the 9th year of Kids House Montessori, one of the Wood River Valley's select Montessori schools.

Instructor Annie Jablonski invites parents of young children to learn more about the remarkable educational foundation available to pre-schoolers through the renowned Montessori method.  Visit the school to see firsthand the difference in the Montessori method and discover the potential for your child's early learning development by calling 788-7884 or 721-0246 or sending an email to kidshousemontessori@live.com.

“Miss Annie”, as she is known to her students, has enlightened children’s minds while encouraging their independence in a private Hailey location equipped with state of the art Montessori learning materials since 2002.  With nearly 100 local children calling “Miss Annie” their most favorite teacher, it is no wonder Kids House Montessori has enjoyed such longevity.  With the 2011-2012 school year beginning, Annie is enrolling students age 3 – 6 to develop the creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving essential to their academic foundation.

The Montessori method of instruction, developed by Dr. Maria Montessori in the early 1900’s, focuses on observation and the natural development of children through experience and environment.  Over the years, Annie has acquired a remarkable collection of Montessori-specific educational tools and materials to provide each child with the most complete Montessori learning experience.  Classroom materials range from beautiful hand-carved wooden musical instruments to highly tactile sand trays, all offering hands-on opportunities to practice skill development, observation, and sensory experience.

For Annie, “it is most rewarding to see the success of my students are making in their young lives – their confidence, love of learning, and academic advancement.”  With a class size from 5 – 12 students, the teacher-student ratio provides optimum learning for every child and fosters deep, lasting relationships for the children and teachers.  “My graduates”, says Annie. “Always come back to the school for visits and have excelled socially and academically upon graduating to elementary school”.

Kids House Montessori enjoys lasting relationships with parents, teachers and friends across the Wood River Valley.  To learn more, please contact Annie at 788-7884 or 721-0246, or email kidshousemontessori@live.com and give your child the opportunity to grow and develop to their fullest potential.
