5B Kettlebell Club Offers Kettlebell Classes

Tired of the same old, same old at your current gym? Machine after machine, rep after rep and no real gain? Put some fun into your workout and get the results your working towards with kettlebell training. Kettlebell training puts you into a group setting where you get certified professional coaching in proper technique, motivation and a positive atmosphere from the group and huge results in body shaping, strength and movement. 

Nordic ski longer, downhill with more strength or just control that little bit of winter "extra" with this dynamic strength training technique. Classes are instructed by a certified Elite Kettlebell trainer / Crossfit Coach at the Hailey 5B CrossFit gym.

Classes to focus on:

  1. Proper basic technique when working with the kettlebell.
  2. Advanced movements with the kettlebell including core strength.
  3. Linking movements together to develop a constantly changing program for total body fitness.
  4. FUN!  Kettlebell training brings the fun back into fitness.

Mandatory introduction class must be scheduled prior to group training.

Class Locaton: 5B CrossFit, located at 21 Comet Lane, Airport Industrial Center, Hailey.
