VEX Robotics Competition This Saturday

Mark your calendars for Idaho's first-ever VEX Robotics competition hosted at Wood Rive Middle School this Saturday, November 12. Wood River High School teacher Kevin Lupton organized the competition. Teams from Utah and Nampa, as well as WRHS, will compete. The U.S. Air Force will award two $500 cash prizes. The competition begins at 10:00 am and continues until 5:00 pm. At noon elementary students will demonstrate LEGO robots on the game board built by the James Woodyard Construction Academy. The event is free of charge. Come watch 21st century learning in action.
