Restaurant Profile: The Ram Bar and Restaurant
Enjoy a charming upscale European bistro atmosphere and an ever-changing seasonal menu of contemporary cuisine rooted in the traditions of the Province, Alsace and Basque regions of France at The Ram Restaurant. This Spring, guests may choose from a gourmet line up that includes appetizers of Burgundy Escargot, Emmental & Gruyere Cheese Fondue, Foie Gras au Torchon with kumquat jam & crostini, and crispy, pan-seared Veal Sweetbreads. Move on to entrees such as Braised Maple Brined Pork Shoulder with homemade spaetzle, Scallops & Calamari in piquant red curry sauce, Chilean Sea bass with du puy lentils and tender Idaho Lamb Shank. To pair with your dinner, we offer a robust wine and beverage list, filled with fine red and white wines, specialty before and after-dinner drinks and full cocktail service. If you have room for dessert, indulge in CrËme Brulee, Chocolate Fondue, seasonal cakes, sorbet and ice cream. For your entertainment, Larry Harshbarger plays piano lounge favorites and your requests on the Baby Grand. Located in the Sun Valley Village next to the Sun Valley Inn. Restaurant Profile: The Duchin Room in the Sun Valley Lodge
Named for Eddie Duchin by Averell Harriman, The Duchin Lounge is located off the Sun Valley Lodge lobby and has always been a favorite spot for socializing and dancing to live apres ski and evening entertainment. Open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., seasonal specialty drinks like the Duchin Lounge "HBR" (hot buttered rum) are served.

Open for apres-ski and dinner daily. Featuring casual, affordable bistro-style dining, including creative appetizers, steaks, healthy pasta dishes, awesome pizzas, great salads and many tavern originals. The Roosevelt offers a full bar with cocktails, fine wines and many microbrews on tap.

Restaurant Profile: Inn Lobby Lounge
Enjoy an inviting interlude in the all-new Inn Lobby Lounge The newly-remodeled Inn Lobby Lounge is the perfect spot for an elegant afternoon diversion or relaxing pre-dinner repose. Hand-selected European wall upholstery sets a stately tone, while luxurious French furnishings, hand-woven carpet and warm hickory wood paneling invite guests to melt into a myriad of cozy chairs and couches. Italian marble entryways and delicate French doorways open on to the Inn Pond Terrace and The Ram Restaurant. Or stay in the Lounge and enjoy sumptuous appetizers and open-faced sandwiches. Food service is available everyday, from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm, with a breakfast buffet from 7:00 am to 11 am. The new bar, serving cocktails and wine, is open from 11:00 am to closing.
