The Blaine County Cooperative Weed Management Area in conjunction with Blaine County Weed Department is seeking a Mapping and Noxious Weed Specialist. The candidate will increase the capacity of these agencies to preserve native plant communities in Blaine County. Duties include mapping noxious weed populations in Blaine County, helping to organizing community education events and mobilize volunteers, and planning and implementing targeted weed control efforts.

The position is temporary, without benefits, and will start mid to late May and last through mid-August(start and end dates are negotiable).
