Meet artist Roberto Dutesco

What: Meet artist Robert Dutesco and view excerpts from Bravo-released film: "The Wild Horses of Sable Island" documenting his experiences on Sable Island.

Sable Island is a narrow 41 km sandbar located 300 km southeast of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Known for hundreds of years as the “Graveyard
of the Atlantic”, it is the site of over 275 shipwrecks, and the
protected home of more than 300 wild horses.

Born in Bucharest, Romania, Roberto made his way as an
internationally recognized fashion photographer, shooting for Elle, Vogue, and other industry leaders. In 1994 Dutesco made his first journey to Sable Island which left an indelible impression and lead to this 14-year photographic odyssey.
